Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with ground shipping will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after credit card authorization and verification and will be shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been submitted. Orders placed before 12 p.m. CST with select overnight or two-day shipping will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. CST, or on Saturdays and Sundays, will ship the following business day. Custom orders with overnight or two-day shipping may take an additional business day to process.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, and FedEx. The following shipping methods are in effect during this period:

Ground: Free for eligible orders. Orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free ground shipping. Two-Day: Arrives within 2 business days after processing and shipping.
Next-Day: Arrives the next business day after processing and shipping.

INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, duties, and tariffs imposed by the country. MG Fine Jewelry is not associated with these charges. The customer must pay all charges upon delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, duties, and tariffs at checkout, and the customer is not responsible for paying anything additional upon delivery.
